The Pulse of My Story: From Dissatisfaction to Calling
Despite my professional success, I felt a persistent dissatisfaction in my heart. I was searching for my "sole purpose" while knowing my strengths lay in being a people-centred leader.

As an HR professional for 21 years, my greatest strength has always been understanding human behaviour from a "behind-the-scenes" perspective. For years, friends, colleagues, and even strangers would tell me: “I never looked at it that way,” or “You empower me to be myself without judgment.” At the time, I didn't realize these weren't just compliments—they were signs of my life’s purpose.
Despite my professional success, I felt a persistent dissatisfaction in my heart. I was searching for my "sole purpose" while knowing my strengths lay in being a people-centred leader.
My story was rewritten during one of my darkest chapters. In a period of profound solitude, I was forced to look inward. It wasn't easy to face my own shortcomings or do the hard work of self-acceptance. But through that "behavioural alchemy," I discovered that our greatest joy comes when we stop hiding our drawbacks and start working on them.
I transitioned from the corporate world to coaching because I realized that helping someone unfold their full potential isn't just a job for me—it is a calling. I am here to be the partner who walks with you through your own discovery. I bring the strategic lens of an HR expert and the empathy of someone who has done the "inner work." You don't have to walk this journey alone.
